Reminders for Residents:
Spring Traffic Reminder: Within Deer Run Hollow boundaries there are 3 STOP signs. One on Cindy Lane, one on Deer Run / Jason, and one on Deer Run / Devoe. You MUST abide by these stops. Simply slowing down and/or rolling through the stop sign is not enough.
This is the only official site for our Homeowners Association that is managed by our Board of Directors. All authorized HOA documents and communications can be found here for registered and logged in users.
If you are a homeowner within the HOA (see below), use the “Register” link above to register as this is how you will receive communications from the HOA and much of the HOA information contained herein is secured - including meeting minutes, management information, and more. Membership is moderated by our contracted management company using property ownership verification.
Deer Run Hollow is a community nestled in the Town of Halfmoon and Southern Saratoga County. Our surrounding neighborhood area consists the streets within Colonial Green, the community located along Sitterly Road and Woodin Road. This is our community.
Who Belongs to the HOA?
Within this community is the Deer Run Hollow Homeowners Association. There are 135 properties within the Deer Run Hollow Homeowners Association. These properties are on Cindy Lane, Christine Court, Deer Run Hollow, and Jason Lane only. This website is for registered members from these properties and official Deer Run Hollow Homeowners Association business.
Properties located on DeVoe Drive, Margaret Court, Kasper Drive, Windsor Drive, and Bayberry Drive, and other streets within Colonial Green are not part of our homeowners association.
What Does the HOA do?
The HOA, responsible for maintaining the safety, beauty, property values, and quality of life of our neighborhood, collects fees from property owners of the above 135 properties. These fees cover various essential services, including ongoing landscaping maintenance of common areas owned by the HOA, such as medians, cul-de-sacs, and other areas not specifically belonging to property owners or the town of Halfmoon. Additionally, the HOA handles legal correspondence, pays HOA taxes, monitors leases, reviews architectural requests, manages budgets, facilitates community meetings, responds to homeowner requests, questions, and complaints, and most importantly, enforces our HOA by-laws and regulations.
The Town of Halfmoon and the Town of Clifton Park.
There are social media sites established for our neighborhood that are not associated with or managed by our HOA. These sites are not used for official HOA business and the HOA board does not monitor them.
